摘要	目的考察汉字倒置效应和镜像效应的早期分离现象。方法受试者为16名右利手健康大学生。实验刺激为4类随机出现的等概率独体汉字(正立、倒置、镜像、镜像倒置)。要求受试者对正立和倒立的汉字分别按不同的键。记录64导脑电。结果1)与正立汉字相比,倒置汉字与镜像汉字在颞枕区的N170潜伏期均显著延长,幅值无明显差别;2)在N170时间窗口,倒置汉字与镜像汉字的全脑地形图表现出了明显的分离,提示二者的神经发生源存在差异;3)与正立汉字相比,镜像汉字在枕区、枕顶区的P2幅值更大,倒置汉字P2无明显差异。结论汉字倒置效应与镜像效应在早期知觉阶段发生分离。
其他摘要	To investigate the early perceptual processing between inversion and mirror effects of Chinese characters . M ethods Scalp EEG (64 channels) signalswere recorded in 16 healthy, right 2 handed u 2 niversity studentswho were asked to perform an orientation decision task for single Chinese characters presen 2 ted at upright, inverted, mirror, or mirror 2 inverted orientations . Results 1) Compared with upright Chinese characters, the latent period of occipital 2 temporalN170 of both the inversion and mirrorwere significantly de 2 layed( P =0 . 049 ; P =0 . 938 ) , but not enhanced in amplitude( P =0 . 983 ) . 2) The analysis for topographies within the N170 time window showed different patterns bet ween the inverted and mirror characters ( P = 0 . 036 ) . Itwas suggested that two types of Chinese charactersmight originate from different generators; 3) Com 2 pared with the upright characters, themirror characters enhanced the occipital and occipital 2 parietal P 2 ( P =0. 02) , whereas the inverted characters did not( P =0 . 102 ). Conclusion There is an early perceptual dissocia 2 tion between inversion and mirror effects of Chinese characters .
