| 摘要 | 据氨基酸序列，密码子序列和蛋白质二组结构序列的比较，指出约18%的两肽的密码子具有反常的蛋白质结构偏好性，并且这种反常不能用随机涨落解释，因而关于蛋白质折迭的Anfinsen原理可能需要作适当修正。 |
| 其他摘要 | Based on statistical investigations on the relation among am ino acid sequence, codon sequence and protein secondary structurewe conclude that, for about 18% di 2 peptides, the structural preferences of codons are different from those of am ino acids and they could not be explained by stochastic fluctuations. A ll di 2 peptides w ith deviant structural preference have been found. Therefore, the protein secondary structure must be coded directly by mRNA sequence at the nucleotide level and the principle that the protein spatial structure is fully determ ined by information contained in its am ino acid sequence should be modified. |
